Movement becomes our medicine when we’re deficient in this vital nutrient.
More is better most of the time.
Variety is preferable.
If you are starved for it, then take small bites at first.
You’ll need to work up to bigger movement meals if you want to be your best.
Don’t be afraid to move!
Do what you can. Start with something fun. Try new things.
But you must move.
